      Hi Elizabeth! I haven’t tested this recipe with chicken but I think it works as long as you adjust the cooking time since chicken is usually much smaller. Also, you might be interested in my whole chicken recipes, such as Five Spice Roast Chicken, Smoked Chicken.

    I have made several of Wei’s recipes and loved each one. I want to try the hot and sour soup next. That is my favorite soup to order at any Chinese restaurant. Next may be the Ma Po Tofu. The picture is so beautiful a delicious looking…mmmm!
