Interesting idea, but you have a mistake - chai means tea, and you just wrote tea tea :D

It is strange but that is how it's referred to in America, it is a linguistics left over.
Because Chai is a non-english word, we use it then add the English category it fits in

Could a plant based alternative be an option to make this vegan? Like coconut cream or others?

You can buy chai tea bags that have zero or less than 1 carbs (depending on brand). It’s when you buy Chai lattes that the problem comes in with carbs. Bigelow and Twinings are two brands I know of that makes tea bags and Keurig pods that will work for no carbs.

Almond milk won't have the fat content that heavy cream does. If you are avoiding dairy, try coconut cream instead.

It is not really a mistake. When one say Chai everybody knows it comes with spices, basically you are saying in English for clarity tea with spices. :D

Actually Sky, that is not true. In India/Pakistan chai just mean tea (always with milk). It’s Masala (spices) Chai or Masala Tea which means tea with spices :)
But it makes sense with the way Lauren put it, because it’s a non English word it’s stuck with it for clarification.

Is chai teas from Stash keto safe?

That would depend on the ingredients, but most herbal teas are a good option.

Chai is a tea with milk in it, so the end result IS chai. You would not get “chai tea” in the For of tablespoons because chai is the end product. What you need is jut regular teabags like Lipton, so just black tea.
