Noah Presgrove (19) was found dead along Highway 81 in Jefferson County, Oklahoma on September 4, 2023.
We have had many requests to cover his case and the autopsy has just been released so we thought this might be a good time.
We will start with some background into Noah.
Noah Alexander Presgrove was born on May 14, 2004 in Duncan, Oklahoma.
His father is Victor Presgrove and his mother is Kasey Elliott. Noah’s family is now blended with step parents and step siblings. I believe he has around 8 siblings according to his obituary.
The family spent summers with their grandmother, tubing and water skiing.
Noah ran track and cross country, and he also played football and participated in wrestling. Noah’s brother Dailen said that his brother “was a jokester, but never at somebody else’s expense.”
“He was the class clown and the most likely to get detention,” Dailen said. “But also the most popular, the most athletic. He was a jokester, but never at somebody else’s expense.”
At age 17, Noah became emancipated from his parents and he went to live with his grandmother.

Noah had a very outgoing personality; he was very spontaneous, and he was both a country boy, and a ladies man! He loved the outdoors, and anything to do with the water. He also loved skateboarding. Noah was a true friend to all who knew him. He was an accomplished athlete at Comanche High School, where he lettered in football, wrestling, cross country, and track. He attended Ray of Hope Church.
Dailen got a job at Comanche High School where Noah was a student and the two became close towards the end of Noah’s life.
“Between class periods, I got the chance to see Noah going throughout the hallways,” Dailen said. “I got to spend more time with him and build that brotherhood.”
Often, Noah could be seen in a beat-up red truck that had a penchant for stalling out, but, his brother says that “instead of paying to go get it fixed, he would push-start it everywhere he went.”
Noah graduated in 2023 and he took a gap year while he figured out what he wanted to do. He could not afford college, so he started to look into wrestling scholarships. He also considered a career in welding or working on a shrimp boat in Texas.
Over the Labor Day holiday in 2023, Noah attended a house party in Teral, Oklahoma. The party lasted for four days.
There have been some images and videos made public from the party.
In two videos, Noah dared friends to slap him across the face as they partied under an outside patio at the house.
He repeatedly insisted that a male friend hit him, eventually only giving him a light tap before sprinting away in fear of retaliation.
Another photo appeared to show a teenager holding a rifle with Noah in the background.
We learned some more about the party from Noah’s autopsy report. According to that, Noah had been drinking and at one stage he “rode an ATV ranger vehicle with several men that had a roll over incident.”
Jack Newton, Noah’s best friend, who was at the party, claimed he was asleep when he disappeared. Jack said it was his ATV that was in the accident.
‘All of all close friends said that he wrecked my SXS I had there around 3,’ he wrote in a message to another friend.
Noah was ‘still alive following the incident.’ He went back to the party where he got into an argument with his girlfriend.
Jack said “’And he was super dirty and super drunk so a couple of girls helped him in the shower.’
Jack also said: ‘When he got out [of the shower] he wanted to sleep in one of the girls’ bed and she [said no and] that upset him and he walked off.’
He left the party and was never seen alive again.
Noah was found dead early in the morning of September 4.

In the full report, the medical examiner said that Noah died of “multiple blunt force injuries” to the head, neck, torso and extremities, enduring among a two-page list of injuries “swelling of the brain,” with multiple brain lacerations including on the cerebellum and temporal lobe, “basal skull fractures splitting the middle base of skull into two” parts and multiple rib fractures.
A molar tooth had broken in half and he had also sustained a “laceration on the left surface of the tongue,” along with four cervical neck fractures.
Noah, who was naked, was found wearing only mismatched shoes: an Adidas on his left and a Hey Dudes on his right, each with “grass and debris” clumped in the laces, per the autopsy report.
“Three pieces of a white metal chain” and “part of a tooth” were several feet from his body, along with a pair of his white printed shorts, per the autopsy report. A clump of hair was in the highway lane, and another chunk of hair was on his right butt cheek “without blood or tissue.”
“A drawing in black ink of a stick-figure person” was also etched into the side of his right thigh.
A toxicology report included with the autopsy report showed that forensic toxicologist Angelica Harper conducted a panel of drug tests for amphetamine, methamphetamine, fentanyl, cocaine, opiates, PCP, barbiturates, and benzodiazepines.
None of those drugs were detected in Noah’s system, although alcohol was. Harper went on to note that the tests are not designed to detect oxycodone, methadone, or clonazepam.
Jack spoke about seeing Noah’s injuries.
‘Bro, everyone that saw Noah at the viewing, including me, saw his face was beat up bad,’ he wrote in a message shared with DailyMail.com.
‘I know what a beat up face looks like. Definitely not just me saying that. Everyone that saw him said that.
‘Looks like he got beat up by 5 dudes.’
Other people who saw his body said it looked like his nose and cheek were broken.
“It still leaves a lot of things up in the air,” Dailen. “An accident occurred, and we don’t know what that accident is, so the next approach is figuring out how [it] played out.”
“It doesn’t make sense that the investigation has been going on for so long, and there were so many people around, and, yet, there’s still so much uncertainty,” Dailen says. “And it doesn’t make sense that a good person like Noah is gone in such a cruel and unknown way.”
“The investigation is not over,” Sarah Stewart of the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety confirmed to PEOPLE in an emailed statement on May 2. However, following “numerous interviews” investigators do not believe that Noah was murdered, she says.
Noah’s mother Kasey has spoken to the media.
Kasey Elliot told KSWO: ‘I need the peace, because I’m really, I kill myself everyday. Please somebody, please. You know, just something, anybody.’
Grandmother Deborah Presgrove told NewsNation: ‘I have respect for law enforcement, but I just felt like I just don’t feel like they’re doing enough right now.’
She said she’s tried asking his friends for answers: ‘I’ve talked to a few myself, only the closest ones that I feel like I could, but not really getting nothing out of them.
‘I mean, one of them I’ve gotten a couple of stories, two different stories out of his mouth. And another one, I’ve gotten three different stories out of his mouth. So, you know which story is true?’
She added: ‘I just pray to God Jack [Noah’s best friend] has nothing to do with it.
‘You know, in my heart, I just pray to God Jack [Jack Newton is Noah’s best friend] has nothing to do with it. You know, I mean, because I love Jack.
‘You know, but you know, that was Noah’s best friend and where was he, you know? I mean, I hate to put that on him. But you know, I just… keeps going into my head. They’ve done wrong, they’ve done wrong, and they need to stand up and be a man made it, you know, regardless.’
She added: ‘It’s, you know, hard to believe that you can have friends like that and they all just stabbing you in the back.’
Theories include him being ‘forcibly pushed from the bed of a moving truck’ where the blood spot was, and staggering along the road before collapsing.
Initial belief that he was killed in a hit-and-run was ruled out based on the pattern of his injuries that didn’t include any damage to his lower body.
Presgrove suffered massive blunt force trauma to the back of his head, causing skull fractures but not killing him, according to correspondence with investigators shared with DailyMail.com.
Instead, he died of internal bleeding in his torso, where he had several broken ribs and deep bruising on his left side.
The teenager’s body also had what looked like road rash on his left shoulder and hip, and his fingers were torn up like he was desperately clinging to something.
Despite all of these injuries, only one spot of blood was found at the scene.
Noah’s body was found within the two white lines and his teeth were found within the circles.

So Noah Presgrove of Comanche OK apparently was found on the side of the road and it was made to look like a hit and run. They have labeled the death as suspicious and a homicide now because it is looking like he was beaten and ran over with an ATV and then placed there to hide what happened. It supposedly all happened at a big 3 day party with tons of witnesses who are all going quiet and it’s a small town and everyone is saying it’s a coverup. That his friends did it (3 brothers) over a girl.
Noah’s grandmother has made posts in the past about him being attacked with a golf club.
This next screenshot is allegedly from the people who owned the house where the party was held. Rumors say they know police and judge/s in the area.
