Bring the color and flavor to your appetizer table with this fun idea! Spicy and flavorful meatballs glazed in sweet chili sauce, served with Pepper Jack cheese and red bell pepper as a kebob. Bright, colorful and flavorful appetizer for your next game day or party.
This might not be your typical way of serving meatballs but it is definitely fun! Easy appetizer for the football game that is perfect to whip up during halftime. The spicy chicken meatballs paired with sweet chili sauce make for one delicious flavor combination. The addition of Pepper Jack cheese and red pepper completes the dish.
For this recipe, I used al frescoSpicy Jalapeno and Pepper Jack Chicken Meatballs. They are absolutely delicious! Spicy with a clear roasted pepper and cheese flavor. These meatballs have 50% less fat than beef and pork meatballs, they are made of all natural ingredients and are gluten free. Perfect for a delicious appetizer on a healthier side.

This appetizer could not be easier to make. Heat up the meatballs, glaze with sweet chili sauce, return to oven to caramelize slightly. Next, assemble the kebobs by alternating meatballs with red bell pepper pieces and slices of Pepper Jack cheese. Serve brushed with additional sauce. Enjoy!
